This Privacy Policy explains how Career Ops ("we", "our", or "the Application") handles user data. The Application is a private utility hosted via Cloudflare infrastructure at career-ops.llibre.us.

1. Scope and Access Restrictions

Career Ops is an internal, restricted-access tool. It is protected by an explicit Cloudflare Access whitelist network layer. Only pre-authorized users specified by the administrator can interact with or authenticate into the Application.

2. Data We Collect and Google OAuth Usage

Our application uses Google OAuth identity services strictly for user authentication and account verification. When you log in using your Google Account, we collect the following minimal data elements:

• Email Address: Used strictly to verify your identity against our approved internal whitelist and grant application access.
• Profile Information (Name/Profile Picture): Used strictly to display your user profile within the interface while you are actively logged in.

We do not request, access, or read any other scopes, sensitive Google APIs, or personal user data.

3. How We Use Your Data

The information collected is used solely to facilitate secure session management and authentication. We do not sell, rent, monetize, trade, or distribute your email address or profile data to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or external entities under any circumstances.

4. Data Storage, Retention, and Security

The Application is built as a static application utilizing Cloudflare’s secure global infrastructure. User sessions are verified via temporary cryptographic tokens. We do not store or persist long-term profiles or track your behavior across external websites. Data transmission is secured using standard HTTPS encryption.

5. Data Deletion and Revocation

Since data is only utilized transiently for real-time authentication, no persistent user accounts are held. Users can disconnect the application's access at any time by visiting their native Google Account Security Settings and removing permissions for "Career Ops". 6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect technical infrastructure adaptations. Any modifications will be posted directly to this URL page.
